You now may be wondering how the zero point field within an atom can make up our physical reality, and especially how it creates your life situations.
Well, when scientists looked deeper into atoms, electrons, protons and neutrons and at the empty space of the zero paint field, they discovered that there are even tinier swirls of invisible vibrating energy.
They also discovered that the small particles of the atom (the outer rotating electrons on the surface of the ball-shaped atom, and also the atom's inner smaller protons and neutrons) do not always behave like large particles (for example they do not behave like a tennis ball).
Conscious attention affects behaviour.
The small particles in an atom only behave like large physical particles when there is conscious attention on them.
An example of conscious attention is when we focus on or think of something, in this case, the particles.
And with our conscious attention on them, the small particles behave like large physical particles, such as tennis balls, in the same way we can predict where they will go when we throw them.

Without conscious attention, things are only possibilities.

Another interesting connection.
Some scientists also call the zero point field (the empty connecting space of the universe) by another name.
That other name is 'consciousness'.
As I said above, scientists discovered that our consciousness and its attention make the very tiny particles in an atom behave like physical things.
Perhaps that is why the name 'consciousness' is used, as well as 'zero point field', to describe the same empty space of vibrating energy which is the container of the universe.
As you read on, I may generally use the word 'consciousness' because I prefer it to using 'empty space' or 'zero point field', but I may use any of the three terms to make it easier to explain a specific point.
What are thoughts, emotions and body sensations?
Well, they are simply movements of energy that we give labels to.
And as movements of energy, which are forms of the tiny swirls of energy which I mentioned above, thoughts, emotions and body sensations are also a part of and come from consciousness (the zero point field).
So, thoughts, emotions and body sensations that you experience also come from the zero point field, or consciousness.
Your life situations are created from your consciousness.
As above, consciousness creates you including the thoughts, emotions, sensations that you experience and also your body.
Consciousness creates you, me, everyone and everything else in the universe.
Therefore, your consciousness, and what you put your attention on, creates your moment to moment life situations, whether you call them desirable or undesirable.
Your life situations include what you think and feel about them, they include your body and the sensations you have in or on your body. Your life situations also include whatever else is happening in the outer reality of the situations.
Your life situations and how you experience them are a combination of thoughts, emotions, your body and its sensations, and the outer reality.
How to transform and heal your life situations.
As I said, you may describe in your way a life situation to be in the simplest terms desirable or undesirable.
You now know that any life situation, however you describe it, is a combination of thoughts, emotions, sensations, your body and everyone and everything else in the outer universe.
So, to transform and heal your life situations, you have to 'work' on both your desirable and also your undesirable life situations.
