INFORMATION: The two types of life situations

There are 2 types of life situations in which you mostly find yourself in. They are:


1) Undesirable situations.

You may describe your experience of undesirable situations as being negative, as having problems or in which you're stuck.

You may describe your experience of undesirable situations as being negative, as having problems or as situations in which you're stuck.

You may use one or more of the following words to describe the thoughts, emotions and sensations that you experience in undesirable situations:

  • Boredom
  • Frustration
  • Overwhelm
  • Disappointment
  • Sadness
  • Worry
  • Lack
  • Jealousy
  • Blame
  • Anger
  • Revenge
  • Hate
  • Insecurity
  • Guilt
  • Unworthiness
  • Shame
  • Grief
  • Depression
  • Powerlessness
  • Fear

The other type of life situations you find yourself in are:


2) Desirable situations.

You may describe your experience of desirable situations as being positive and enjoyable.

You may use one or more of the following words to describe the thoughts, emotions and sensations that you experience in desirable situations:

  • Love
  • Empowerment
  • Bliss
  • Freedom
  • Joy
  • Passion
  • Enthusiasm
  • Abundance
  • Happiness
  • Hope
  • Contentment
  • Satisfaction
  • Peace

As desirable situations are just that... desirable, compared to undesirable situations, in this course I will focus on starting to transform and heal undesirable situations.
