What creates health

The main factors that create your health are:

  • hydration (i.e. water).
  • nutrition (i.e. food & other liquids).
  • movement (i.e physical activity).
  • joy (i.e. both removing conscious and subconscious stress, and also focusing on enjoyable activities).
  • removal of toxic substances and detoxification of other aspects of the environment.
