- hydration (i.e. water).
- nutrition (i.e. food & other liquids).
- movement (i.e physical activity).
- joy (i.e. both removing conscious and subconscious stress, and also focusing on enjoyable activities).
- removal of toxic substances and detoxification of other aspects of the environment.
