After researching personal transformation and healing information, exercises and practising them since 2007, it seems that the human experience of life simply has two perspectives:
- Your experience of life:
thoughts that you experience (i.e. words, images, sounds, and movies in your mind)
emotions that you experience (often also called feelings).
sensations that you experience (from your 5 senses: seeing, hearing, touching, tasting and smelling, and sensations included bodily feelings such as shivering).
- Another’s experience of you:
your behaviour that they experience (how you react to thoughts, emotions and sensations that you experience).
That really seems to be the human experience of life.
