Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 21 July 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing and using the tryit.tv application ("Service"), operated by Bharat Karavadra T/A tryit.tv ("I", "me", "we", "us", "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Service.

2. What the Service is

tryit.tv is an independent educational platform for health, healing and personal development. It offers:

  • Chat responses generated by AI, drawn from a curated library of published teachings (the "sources").
  • Pages and summaries that describe those sources, with attribution.
  • Courses, free and paid.
  • Community spaces for discussion.
  • Tools such as search, the self-check, saved items and optional email features.

Features evolve. I may add, change, suspend or remove parts of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that email secure: anyone who can read it can access your account, and you are responsible for activity under your account. I may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

4. An independent work, and intellectual property

tryit.tv is an independent work. It draws on published teachings by named authors and teachers, always with attribution, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those teachers or their publishers. The original works remain the property of their owners.

My own text, design and software are protected by copyright. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not scrape, bulk-download, republish or commercially exploit content from the Service without permission.

5. AI responses and tools

Chat responses are generated by AI from selected passages of the sources. They are educational reflections of what those sources say. They can be incomplete, imperfect or a poor fit for your situation, and important decisions should not rest on them alone. Please verify anything important before acting on it.

Tools such as the self-check are reflection aids, not assessments or diagnoses.

6. Disclaimer

The knowledge shared through tryit.tv, including the AI chat responses, draws on the work of qualified experts, experienced practitioners and documented experiences, and is here for you to explore and act on as you see fit. While the information comes from professional and expert sources, I am not acting as your licensed medical, mental-health, financial, legal or other regulated professional, and using tryit.tv does not create that kind of professional relationship or personal duty of care. You know your own situation best, so weigh the ideas you find here and make your own informed choices. The decisions you make remain your own.

If something is an emergency or you are in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services straight away.

7. Your content

You may contribute content, for example community posts, chat questions, and conversations you choose to share publicly. You own your content. You give me a non-exclusive licence to host and display it as part of the Service.

Do not post content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, or that shares someone else's private information. Community posts may be held for review, and I may decline, hide or remove content at my discretion.

If you publish a conversation with the share feature, it becomes publicly visible to anyone with its link. Share responsibly. To report content, use the report option where shown or the contact page.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are paid. Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; I do not store your card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Digital access begins immediately after purchase. Your statutory rights are unaffected. If you subscribe to a paid chat plan and haven't used any paid chat responses, contact me within 14 days of purchase and I'll refund you in full. If something has gone wrong with a purchase, contact me and I will put it right where the law or fairness requires.

9. Emails

I send service emails when needed, for example sign-in links and purchase receipts. Anything more, such as a daily email, is sent only if you opt in, and every such email includes an unsubscribe link.

10. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". I aim for, but cannot promise, uninterrupted service.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and my total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or £100 if you have paid nothing.

12. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and material changes will be flagged on the site. If you keep using the Service after a change, the new terms apply.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

14. Contact

For questions about these terms, please contact me.
